KENTWELL'S SCHOOL OF SORCERY

KENTWELL'S SCHOOL OF SORCERY

Sat 20 Oct to Sun 28 Oct – Daily

Join us for our most fun children’s event of the year!

Kentwell’s School of Sorcery is opening its doors again for new pupils  to learn the four elements needed to make a successful sorcerer: Magic, Creativity, Agility and Bravery.

The event is around 2.5 hours of immersive halloween fun, challenges and activities aimed at children from 3-11 years old and their families.

Our witches, wizards, tutors and professors will teach you all manner of magical things in our various classes: Magic, Potions, Fairy Identification(and hunt!), Magic Art, Dragon-keeping and Illusion. Make your own wand, and learn how to use it, and collect stamps to add to your report card for when you visit the Headmaster!

Take part in the Sorcery Games, including the Dragon Woods, Fear Alley, Tunnel of Light, Assault Course and the Broomstick Challenge. Plus try and get out of our new witch-themed Escape Cabin!

The event is based in and around Kentwell’s historic Moat House, and acres of gardens and grounds. It is now in its sixth year – every year you will find something new and exciting to join in with. Kentwell’s School of Sorcery, brought to you by the creators of Scaresville, doesn’t like to stand still!

Today was our first ever visit for Halloweenies. I had my 8 year old son and his 8 year old cousin with me. What an amazing day we had! The characters played by the people all round the trail were amazing and not one disappointed us! They loved everything about today but they especially loved decorating their wands and mixing the potions! We will most definitely be booking up again next year for more spooky fun! Great job everyone involved! Natalie ,Facebook review 2017

On behalf of my little Wizard. "Halloweenies was the best adventure in the world." Thank you for a wonderful event, to anyone asking about value, to us it was worth every penny and a long drive. He has already asked if we can come again next year. Jenny ,Facebook Review 2017

Two 5 year olds and two 7 year olds (plus adults!) bewitched today-despite knowing the hall very well! Beth ,Facebook Review 2017

The Kentwell School of Sorcery was a great value, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable day out, that kept us all entertained. It felt such a personal experience. We also particularly liked the fact you were free to go to each event in the order of your choice. The classes such as potion class were pitched at the right level for young children but enjoyable for the older ones too and there was a good mix of activities, with opportunity to burn off steam at the outdoor games.
